Rental Rates and Terms

The Farmhouse rate is $135.00 per night, two-night minimum. This rate includes a 10% transient occupancy tax and is based on double occupancy. An $80.00 nonrefundable cleaning fee is required.

The Farmhouse rate for three to six people is $239.00 per night, two-night minimum. This rate includes a 10% transient occupancy tax. An $80.00 nonrefundable cleaning fee is required.

The Musselshed rate is $75.00 per night, two-night minimum. This rate includes a 10% transient occupancy tax and is based on double occupancy. A $40.00 nonrefundable cleaning fee is required.

A $200.00 security deposit is required prior to arrival (The check will be held but not cashed and then returned to the client after maid cleans on their departure if there are no damages).

Reservations are secured by a payment of 50% of the total bill.

A refund (less 15%) will be given for cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival.

Check-in is 3:30 pm. Checkout is 11:00 am.

Pets are not allowed.

Both the Farmhouse and the Musselshed are non-smoking.
